I am the only therapist you'll ever see here.
Every session. Every visit. No exceptions. I founded Physica Medica because the best care I could give wasn't possible inside a clinic built to move patients through as fast as insurance allowed. So I built the opposite: one doctor, one patient, the whole hour.

10 Years. 300 Five-Star Reviews. One Standard of Care.
Those aren't vanity numbers. Ten years in practice means I've seen the patterns: the back pain that three other clinics called "non-specific," the rotator cuff everyone wanted to operate on, the sciatica that "just needed rest." Three hundred five-star reviews means the approach holds up across hundreds of people who were skeptical when they walked in.
The patients who find me tend to share something: they're serious. Chronic pain patients who've tried everything and refuse to accept "live with it." Athletes who need someone who actually understands their sport and their timeline. Professionals whose posture is quietly destroying their quality of life. None of them want a printout and a pat on the back. They want results, and they're willing to invest in getting them.
Techniques You Won't Find Anywhere Else in the United States
I didn't settle for the standard PT toolkit. I went looking for methods that work when standard care stalls, and some of them I had to leave the country to learn.
Pancafit. This is the only Pancafit studio in the United States. That's a fact, not a slogan. It's a global-postural method that decompresses the whole muscular chain at once, instead of stretching one tight spot while the rest stays locked.
Neural tension release. Developed in Italy, this technique frees nerves that have become irritated and tethered. That's the hidden driver behind a lot of pain that radiates, shoots, or won't respond to muscle work alone.
Therapy for singers. Breath, posture, and tension work built for the specific demands of a trained voice. Care most clinicians have never been asked to provide.
None of these are novelties. They're evidence of a practitioner who'd rather travel for the best method than make do with the convenient one. If you've ever wondered whether a technique is "legitimate," ask where the person learned it and how long they've used it. I'm happy to answer both.
Who Comes to Physica Medica
People who are done wasting money on the same thing that didn't work. People who'd rather pay for one doctor's full attention than split a therapist's time four ways. People who remember what it felt like to move without thinking about it, and want that back. If that's you, we'll get along. If you're looking for the cheapest option, I'll tell you honestly that I'm probably not it, and I'll respect you for asking.
The Physica Medica Difference
A typical clinic: you check in, an aide takes you to a shared gym floor, you do exercises while your therapist watches three other people, you get a few minutes of hands-on time, you leave with a sheet. Next visit, a different therapist.
Physica Medica: you and me, the whole session, in a private space. I do the assessment, the hands-on work, and the plan. I do it again next time, because there is no next therapist. That continuity is the entire reason the results hold.
Ready to Start? Here's How It Works
Call or text. We'll talk through what's going on, what you've already tried, and what you want back. I'll tell you honestly whether Physica Medica is the right fit. I'd rather you call and find out it isn't than waste your time and mine. If it is, we'll get you on the schedule. Pricing is discussed upfront, every time.
"Every session is one-on-one with me."
Most physical therapy clinics rotate you through therapists and rush you out the door. At Physica Medica, every session is one-on-one with me, Dr. Maksim Birikov. That's the practice. That's the promise. See how payment works
